Ultimately, though, even if SEED can do only ONE of the things discussed…detect explosives or a myriad of other materials to include illicit drugs, detect diseases, WMD bio agents, Ebola or prevent their growth, isn’t it worth a try? Imagine, if successful, SEED will not be just about saving lives or enhancing security, all exceptionally noble pursuits in their own right, it will also lead to immense economic savings with significant national, as well as international, implications.
